How much time per week should I expect to dedicate to the intensive?
Expect to spend 2 - 4 hours each week, including weekly office hours. Office hours are recorded so you can watch at your convenience if you can't attend the live session.
Do I need to already have an audience or a YouTube channel?
No. You don't need an existing audience or a YouTube channel. Remember, this is not about building an audience; it's about attracting inbound leads.
What if I'm not technical?
You don't need to be technical. I'll guide you through your first recording for YouTube, and I'll do the technical setup for AI for you to establish your authority footprint.
I need clients fast. How long does it take for the system to work?
This is not a quick-fix hack for getting clients. Once your offer is built, we walk through an interim strategy for getting clients, but I recommend you maintain your current method for landing clients until this ramps up.
When does the program start, and is it 1:1 or a group?
The program uses rolling start dates, but I only engage a limited number of clients each quarter to ensure you get the attention and support you need. Weekly calls are group calls. I provide a suggested schedule, but the program is designed for you to work at your own pace.
What if I'm in a competitive niche?
